THE FINEST HAIR MAGIC YOUTH CAMP
Hands-on hair care and styling education for underprivileged youth ages 7–17 in Bossier City.
The Finest Hair Magic Youth Camp gives young people a place to practice caring for and styling their own hair. With guidance and time to learn by doing, participants work toward styles they can manage at home. The program is designed to build practical self-care skills, independence, and confidence.
Phyllis Brown founded the camp as a community giveback. As a Bossier City stylist and trainer, she shares her experience with children who want to learn for themselves, with the goal of giving them skills they can use beyond the camp.

Phyllis Brown is the stylist behind The Finest Beauty Salon and Training Center in Bossier City, Louisiana.
She offers color, locs, weaves, relaxers, and natural hair styling. She also trains barbering apprentices.
